This soup is rich in iron and high in fiber

Wash and chop into big pieces 4 cups spinach, one large peeled beetroot and a small peeled bottle gourd. Put into pressure cooker with a cup of water. Cook for 3-4 whistles. After the steam from the cooker is out, blend the contents. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot
